*The guest room can only be booked in addition to the flat “Hochgründeck“.
Our prices include bed linen, towels, bath towels and electricity. Daily admission to the Wasserwelt Wagrain is also included in our prices (subject to opening times).
Tourist Tax (Local tax) including Mobility tax: 4.40 € per day and person aged 15 and over.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged; for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% will be charged; and on the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% will be charged.
